Personnel Security Vehicle

The Rock PSV is tailored to the unique requirements of police “operations in urban and rural environments with the capacity to transport a police section of 9 to 12 people with full crowd control gear. It provide protection against non-explosive hand projectiles.” The vehicle provides projectile protection at the B7 level. Armor to level B7 provides the occupants more protection than the UN’s stated requirement for protection against non-explosive hand projectiles. The engine compartment is armored to level B6.
